  • Weekly and Bi-Weekly Body Assessment Updates.

  • Customized Workouts based on Goals, Physical Activity level, Age, and Limitations/Injuries.

  • 45 Minutes with your friend/spouse.

  • Full Body Workout.

  • Training is specific to each person.

  • Couples that train together, remain together!

  • 45 Session

  • Full Body Workout 

  • 12 years and older (recommended)

  • Strength (body weight), endurance, coordination, and agility training.

  • Customized Workouts based on goals, sport specifics, and age.
